a) Why is it easy for bulgers to break in into stalls at the two markets in the Kallang area?

What do you think should be done to tighten the security of the markets? What do you think of the bulgers who brazenly break into the stalls?
Answer: I think the stallholders should take care of their own belongings that is in their stall, like for example, they should not leave money or valueables in the stall. If possible, they could use CCTV to be safer. I think the bulgers should go and look for jobs as there are not handicapped. There is a better way to live on better than to be a bulger.
